Influenster provides a free-to-join community with tons of chances for subscribers (aka Influensters) to receive complimentary boxes of full-sized products to test, rate, and review!

I am fairly new to Influenster and found it to be a perfect way to score some freebies. The survey’s and assignments are fair and easy and all you need is a bit of time to complete each Vox Box Task!

I started with the original Keurig, which has no digital display and only has two different serving sizes. The Keurig® 2.0 System also was designed with a handy night light and the new technology that reads the lids of Keurig cups in order to give you the perfect cup!

The best thing I love about the Keurig 2.0 K550 is the extra large water tank with filter, which in previous models was a task to keep filling after every 2 to 4 cups of coffee.

The digital display with the K550 is huge…. well, for me looks huge compared to smaller models. I love that I do not have the feeling in need to zoom in on my Keurig to tell the time or set the maker for automatic start in the morning!

Not a coffee person… well with the Keurig 2.0 K550 you get the luxury of getting hot water in a matter of seconds!

Something I noticed about the 2.0 is this handy lever, which in prior models was not present. This lever is for those super sized Carafe K-Cups! You don’t have to even touch it (I was just showing how it works in the picture), the 2.0 automatically sizes the K-Cup the moment you put it in and adjusts automatically to the size of the Carafe K-Cup!

One item I was not too happy with was the fact I could not brew my own coffee, like with my older Keurig. The 2.0 only works with K-Cups, and unlike prior models will not work with any other cups but Keurig K-Cups. I typically, would grind my own beans and then place in the Re-usable Coffee Filter to brew my own brews to save on cash. The good news is, that I also have a French Press, so my coffee won’t be wasted and I can enjoy my home brews on the weekend when I am not in a rush!

I love love love, being able to use the auto- setting for the K-Carafe! This is the ultimate brewing luxury for the entertainer! I can brew up to four cups of my favorite beverage all at once and only end up using one Carafe pod!!!! I can also wake up my guests with a pot of goodness…. the smell is amazing in bulk!

Here is the size differences of the K-Carafe and traditional K-cups. The filter does make a huge difference, in the quality of the coffee… I tried a cup from my old machine without the filter and compared it to the taste of the same k-cup and I was surprised how crisp and flavorful the Keurig 2.0 coffee was!

So as you see I received this product free, complimentary of Influenster just for doing what I do best…. Blogging and reviewing! Why would anyone not be a part of this community?
