Here is what I received yesterday.

The box is huge and was waiting for me when I got home from work. Thank goodness there is a foam container and Ice packs in the box, because I didn't get home till late last night.


I ordered the Korean-Style Short Ribs with Asian Slaw and Sushi Rice, here is the recipe card that was inside the box.

Yummy, seeing that I am Half Korean, I wonder why I picked this item...lol
The Korean-Style Short Ribs with Asian Slaw and Sushi Rice was in for a world of hurt on my review if I did not like it!

The items were separated into different bags for the vegetable and meats.

I have tried Hello Fresh before, and this is similar, except they have a bit more variety on their recipes. Also, Plated ships every week and you have to either pay $10 per month for a membership or pay higher plate costs. You can however, cancel whenever you want!


I had my husband cook this order, because I wanted to see how easy it was for someone who had absolutely no clue of what to do in the kitchen (laughing hilariously).
The only problem I found is that he smoked us out of the house with this recipe, due to pan frying the ribs. However, the ribs tasted marvelous. I did not really care for the slaw or rice (and I love me some rice).
All in all, it was a great experience. I think watching my husband follow the recipe card and act like he was a full blown chef was the most exciting and humorous part of the experience; however, the food was pretty good.

Second, A Bumpkins Starter Bib AVG. Cost $5. Every mother knows, you can never have enough bibs!

My First Green Toy Key Ring Avg. Price $5.99. I am a lover of all things green for my own kids, so I am sure my  nephew's wife will appreciate the considerate gift!

And in every box, something for Mom!  Pur-lisse Lip Comfort (.38 oz) Avg. Cost $8

I love Pur-Lisse products, this one is  petroleum~free and includes: Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Rice Bran Oil, Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E l. Hmmm... don't think this one is going to make it back in the box for the baby shower (they won't even realize it was missing... wink wink).

Not a bad haul for $15 dollars and what is even better is that I even got a (I mean my nephew's wife... wink) Pur-lisse Lip product for getting them a baby shower gift!

If you think about it, I definitely got my money's worth on this box, because the Value of both Secret Clinical Protection Deodorant's were over $7.99 each.

With receiving almost $16 of product as soon as I opened the box, I almost just closed the box and saved the rest for later.

I use this Body Wash Already, so the trial size will probably be reserved for traveling or given as a gift. If you love to relax in the shower and bath this is a must have. I always feel so relaxed after a tub full of this stuff! I love the smell of lavender and the mix of chamomile puts me to sleep like a baby!

I have never tried this mask before, but it appears to be well reviewed online. I might just have to try this one. I like that the price is not extreme and that i can easily find this product at my neighborhood Walmart.

Flavor: Coconut Lime 

 Another "new to me" product, I have tons of lip care already and since it is the season for giving I probably will use this one as a stocking stuffer.

All in all, I am extremely  happy with the box... My daughter uses Secret Deodorant and was running low, so I am overjoyed that she has a steady supply and it's like I received the box free. The little perks in this box was what getting subscription boxes are all about,,, thanks Beautybox5!
