I usually order the Classic Box, for two people $69, which  shipments arrive on Thursdays. You are able to select the meals that you want, which are available for selection on Thursdays. You pick out 3 different meals, which is actually 6 meals total under the two person $69 option!!!

I like fast (new) healthy 30 minutes meals, as I have two kids, working on my Doctorate (which is kicking my butt right now!), and work full time (not to mention squeezing in time to do these reviews…lol).

You can tell by my previous post’s that I just love trying new stuff… so what’s newer than mailed meals!

My December Hello Fresh  order  (click here to see the  December review) was amazing! I was able to cook with minimal preparation and everything I made tasted fresh and delightful. In my house, time is of the essence and because of how easy Hello Fresh  allows me to coordinate meals around my hectic schedule, Hello Fresh will always be welcome in my home!

I keep staring at how amazing the Seared Steak with Dijon Tomato Salad and Marble Potatoes looks… yum!
