  • Featured full size product

You essentially will receive over 10 different products each month, which includes a full-size product!

I received The Luxury Barber Box Courtesy of Luxury Barber for the purpose of this review. Let’s take a peek at what is included!

Included in your box, will be an info card that explains in detail the uses, full-sized cost, and description of each item. What I did not show in this review, is how carefully packed this box is! The keepsake box has a magnetic front closure, which I just love! Now let’ s talk about how the box was packed—-Starting with the padded packing envelope, to corner covers for the keepsake box, and then each individual item is covered with care with durable tissue paper! This has to be the best packed box ever… not one item had a spill or was out of place, so the presentation was flawless and intense!

Balla Body Spray (Full Size) $20.00 & eShave Shave Cream, Cucumber (Full Size) $22

The Body Spray is also featured on Birchbox Man, which has rave reviews! The container reminds me of the Axe spray aerosol, as a cloud of cologne floats to deodorize your body. The deodorizing spray uses natural odor-deterrents such as aloe leaf, chamomile, and jojoba seed extract, which contribute to a natural way to freshen up during the day with a scent of musk, woods, and spice! Reminds me of an Old School Barber Shop!

The preshave oil is fantastic… the cucumber sent smells divine and even sneaking a bit to shave my legs worked out perfectly with giving me a super close shave! You guys got to try this stuff! Towel Dry Thickening & Hydrating Shampoo for Men (2 qty 0.5 fl oz bottles) $1.17 & Dr. Rubin’s – The Abraham Pomade (?) $1.50

Towel Dry shampoos are all-in-one shampoos… so this is especially good for the man who refuses to use conditioner or decides to use shampoo as a remedy fro running out of body wash!

The Pomade smells exotic! I recently cut my hair, so it is very short in the back and only needed a little dab of this and the scent was amazing! The notes of cream, cedar and vanilla really scream at you, which linger for quite some time after application .

Menaji Face and Body Scrub (?) $1.30?  & Sandalwood Aftershave by Captain’s Choice (?) $4.49?

Although I am not crazy with receiving such a small sample, I must say it serves its purpose. The scrub smells fantastic and contains Zulene, Lime Peel Oil and Aloe Vera to smooth and tone skin.

If you never experienced or even if you don’t remember what scent smells like, the scent is natural, woodsy, and extremely masculine! The aftershave absorbs well into the skin and leaves the alluring scent available for all to experience most of the day! If you have a man that is anti-cologne, then opt for scented aftershave!

Soapy Bathman Artisan Shaving Soap (sliver- Cedar and Sandlewood) $1?, Croma Diamant DE Blades (10 pack) $5.50, & 7 O’clock Sharp Edge Safety Razor Blades (10 pack) $5

Shaving Soap is an phenomenal idea that has been around long before many of experience the luxury of shaving cream. However, the downside to shaving creams (as opposed to soaps) is that many contain alcohol that can dry skin over time, increasing occurrences of ingrown hairs. The soap is to be used with a shaving brush in order to produce a natural lather, the scent is neutral and has a bit of sandlewood

Both sets of blades are designed for wet shaving, and work with many varieties of safety razors. One thing I wish they included is a razor to go with the blades, just in case the subscriber does not already have one (at least in the first box).

Luxury Barber Fresh Richie Cleansing Towelettes (2 pack) $2.01

The wipes are individually wrapped in a discrete envelope; normally, you would buy a box of 10 for $$9.95. These are perfect for neutralize body odor or freshening up after a day at the gym!

I received over $60 worth of grooming products, which is double the cost of the box! After searching around a bit online, I was able to see that a couple of these items were previewed in an October 2014 box review (the items repeated were the Balla Body Spray and Croma Diamant DE Blades). However, these items were all new to me and introduced me to a lot of great new brands and some fantastic new scents. For future subscribers, one thing you need to invest in is a safety razor before trying this box (not included), or take a look at some of their razor offerings available in there SHOP. Luckily for me I already invested in a straight razor, which the blades fit nicely! Yup… I not only shave my legs with a straight razor, but I edge-up everyone’s hairline with it also (#benefitsofcosmotologyschool)!
