I have noticed that the guys box has bigger/deluxe samples, which are unisex!
The theme for May 2014 “Good Form” and after looking at their new sneak peek I was excited to see what great products would be sent.
Included in every Birchbox Man Subscription box is a description card that educates the subscriber of the full sized products price, which they can then purchase from Birchbox! don’t forget to complete survey’s for each product in order to receive Birchbox Points that can be used to make purchases for these full sized items!
PLANT Face Oil (sample)
The face oil is blessed with Sea Buckthorn oil, which is prized as a skin healer in Scandinavia. The scent is pleasing and you can slightly smell the sweet hint of Almond oil!

Since the newly invented lemon fragrances have hit the market, the invigorating scent has been all the top selling perfumes/colognes! Lemon is my absolute favorite scent and I have to admit the scent on my husband drove me a bit ravenous…lol

The ride up free boxers was the jewel of the subscription box for my husband (sad to say). One thing about reviews I receive from men is that they are thrilled with the reinvented basics!

As a Birchbox Extra, Birchbox sent our men the grown up version of minty pop rocks! I eagerly waited for my husband to try these so I could get an honest reaction, but the outcome wasn’t as theatrical as I hoped. The slight tingly was all he received although the flavors were exciting to satisfy his needs.
The value of May’s subscription box was an excellent $25.48! However, it would really depend on the subscriber on if they would prefer the boxers of not. For my household, my husband fails to purchase any grooming supplies and was in great need for the boxers.
