I think this is a perfect gift for the friend or family member who is considering the Vegan lifestyle! My son is more of a Fruitarian (a subset of dietary veganism, but members primary nutrients come from fruit only diets), but I am considering this kit myself as a way to incorporate vegetables into his diet (my son is only 6, but is super intelligent and aware of his Fruitarian lifestyle, but I want to give him some options).
