If serving cold, I would recommend using boiling water first and then blending or drinking over ice. The mix is hard to mix cold, so for best quality this is the best process I personally used. After looking at over 500 reviews this is officially the best tasting protein drink out there!

I used the protein shake as an all-in-one breakfast meal replacement, which before my workout helped with fatigue. Compared to a majority of protein drinks I have tried this one is awesome! The only downside is that if you don’t drink it fast enough when heated it cools into black jello.
