Hello Fresh

What is Hello Fresh ?

Hello Fresh  allows you to Choose the Classic Box or Veggie Box, which sends you delicious meals to the comfort of your home. The best part is that there is a new menu every Thursday, so pick the meals you want delivered! You can refer to my past post here for more information on how they work.

Cost: Ranges anywhere from $69 to $129 (veggie boxes will cost less) Coupon: Save $20 off of your first Hello Fresh order with coupon code NF53K4

I received my order today from Hello Fresh, of my Classic Box which included several photo recipe card's and everything you need including the beef, turkey, and lamb and even herbs and spices (I ordered three different meals).
My Order:
I order the Classic Box, for two people $69, I ordered on the 19th of November and it arrived just fine this afternoon on the 27th of November. The reason I went with Hello Fresh, is because I can easily start and pause my shipments anytime I want. I am able to cater to recipes I like, and wanted this to be a nice starter to my Holiday preparations.
I like fast (new) healthy 30 minutes meals, as I have two kids, working on my Doctorate, and work full time (not to mention squeezing in time to do these reviews...lol).
You can tell by my previous post's that I just love trying new stuff... so what's newer than mailed meals!

Here is what my food came in... this box was pretty big.

A note from Hello Fresh congratulates me on my order, which sits on top a big foam padding.

Behind the note from Hello Fresh I was able to see the three recipe cards from the meals I ordered. I love the step by step easy instructions and ingredients.

All the food is within this hand-made foam cooler with three re-usable ice packs (love it... this will help keep my drinks cool for Thanksgiving).

I love that Hello Fresh labels everything! The bags are labeled and separated based on the meals, so it saves on my prep time! For a mom with two kids, this is a great concept. I also like that the labels are not small and the print is actually legible, so that my blind husband can even read them without squinting (not that he would even try to cook these...lol).

The First Hello Fresh meal (Stuffed Squash with Cherry-Balsamic Reduction) all together has a total of three bags: Veggies, Ground Beef, and Seasoning. This will be the first time cooking stuffed squash, so I am really excited!

The second, Hello Fresh meal (Lamb Cassoulet) all together has a total of three bags: Veggies, Lamb, and Seasoning

The last Hello Fresh meal (Apricot Glazed Turkey) all together has a total of three bags: Veggies, Turkey, and Seasoning. This will really get me in the Turkey day celebration. I hope it tastes as good as it looks on the recipe card.
