On with February’s Review:

February focused on the new Dramatic Collection! I chose the Boho Glam Collection this time (normally, I am more of a Bombshell type according to my profile selections)!

Love – Bombshell: A Golden topcoat with subtle red glitter  ($14 )

Pictures offer this color no justice! However, I provided a better shot of this lovely alluring color at the bottom of my post!

Cameron- Boho Glam: Star Dust Finish Silver Lilac  ($14 )

I was not in love with this color when I first saw it, but wearing Julep is just like shopping. Some things just look better on, so I dove in and tried on this shimmery expressive number and found that I love it!

Rooney- Boho Glam: a high gloss Walnut bark crème  ($14 )

The reason for my February purchase was mostly for my conquest for more neutral shades. I fell for Rooney at first sight and although I am normally a Bombshell Girl fell hard for Boho Glam this month!

This month’s line up again! So pretty…

Eye Sheen – Warm Fig Shimmer $18

As a Bonus this month, every Maven received a Eye Sheen and could completely customize their own color… I chose Warm fig!

At first the tiny container of eye sheen depressed me, but after applying I was able to see that the amount can last because of this concentrated formula. This liquid eyeshadow glides on easy and sets almost immediately into a satin finish! The sheer color is just enough to be build-able and my constant eye rubbing from getting over the flu proved that this little eye sheen proves it can last and stay put all day.

Love is deeper than gold in this color. You can see the small glimmers of ruby inside the polish!

The fantastic Cameron lilac get’s me ready for spring nights!

I was quite impressed that I switched from my profile suggestions this month and went Boho Glam instead of Bombshell… and I am even more impressed that I love every color (not so surprising, because Julep kind of knows how to create a great polish). It is easy to get caught up in the cost for this box, because the Eye Sheen alone would have paid for my whole purchase. However, in reality I fall back to why I like subscription boxes… they get me outside my comfort zone and force you to try something new! The more you try new things, then the more you start liking the new things you try!

This month was a fantastic value and I can’t wait for March… I wonder if we will get green with envy (pun intended…smile).
