For those who are not familiar with Little Black Bag here’s a summary:

Little Black Bag is loosely based on a Japanese tradition known as the “Lucky Bag Sale.”  During the event, retailers sell mystery bags of products and customers buy these bags and trade the items inside with their friends.  We are bringing this exciting shopping concept to the US and putting it online for the first time ever!

We are seeing a trend in getting two items for the price of one… and yes it is twice the fun! With every order on Little Black Bag they will send you a free item, based on your completed profile (so… exciting). So why not shop for others and get something out of it?

Here is my review of my February order!

Penny loves Kenny Alee Boot (Retail $124) Paid $69.95 (includes 3 item Bundle) plus shipping

I only paid for the one item out of this box (the boots above) and received the rest free! The lowest price I could find online for these boots (other than through LBL) was $87.99 at DR. Jays; what a find!

Penny loves Kenny Alee Boot (second shot)

I love the almost two tone color of the leather in these pair. There is a zipper on the inside to allow for extra ease with putting these boots on on top of the laces that can be undone and tied for comfort. I have pretty big calves so I love having the ability of both zipper and laces!

Incoco Cloud Nine Tips Design Appliques (Retail $9) Product 1 from Bundle

I traded for this item, because the polish they originally added to my bag was not a color I preferred.

Incoco Cloud Nine Tips Design Appliques ($9)

I love a good appliques in the French Tip Design, so although the polish was valued higher than this applique I still traded because I wanted to try these and not the polish! For me, the value is not as important as if I will or will not use the product when received! That’s why I love LBL… I can keep trading for a week till I settle for something I can use or like!

Robert Rose Chain Stone Earrings (Retail $28) Product 2 from Bundle

I was shocked to see this on the available trade list! I traded some silver hoop earrings that were not my style for these gorgeous chain stone earrings.

‘ZAD Embossed Wishbone Necklace (Retail $20) Product 3 from Bundle

I kept the original item that was within the bundle. I think this necklace will be given to my daughter for Valentines day. We are avid believers in the power of a “Wish”, so the wishbone necklace will probably be her most coveted necklace!

Catherine Stein Designs Cutout Cuff (Retail $26)  Bonus Referral Item

Another great Trade! I saw this cuff and traded a pair of earrings valued for $50 that was bundled for this item! I had to have this cuff, so regardless of the price tag of the earrings that I would never wear I traded for this item!

I paid only $75.90 includes shipping and received around $200 worth of goods! I can’t understand what would ever cause me to shop anywhere else for fashionable goods! Where else will you get that much value! Little Black Bag you have me for life!

What are you going to get in your Little Black Bag?
