These little capsules have a powerful punch. The amount is perfect for weening yourself on them. I take one a day in the morning and have noticed reduced appetite and increased energy (no jitters…yay).

I have tried Smarty Pant’s Vitamins before and am not a fan. However, I love having the opportunity to sample Focus up… between work, my PhD, and the kids I need all the support I can get to increase mental focus and mental cognition!
With the exception of the smarty pants vitamins, I loved the selection in this box and the shapeology sample was more than generous! I paid only $4.15 for this box (with paying for the year subscription and using the coupon) and definitely got well over my money’s worth with this box! I am always trying new supplements that will help my energy level and weight management do the diet box was really good this month!
