Here it is, the Second Sneak Peek for Ipsy January 2014 yaby cosmetics foundation or liner….hmmmmm! If it is the foundation, then I wonder how close to my yellow skin tone Ipsy is going to get. I always suffer with buying foundation, because I am mixed and love Tarte Cosmetics. If Ipsy matches my skin tone and provides me with other alternatives I will be ecstatic and probably never quit my subscription!!!
